老年人尿失禁的临床治疗分析

The clinic treating analysis on the agedness patient with the incontinence of urine

目的和方法：通过对１８８例老年人尿失禁的临床分析，以探讨老年人尿失禁的病因及治疗方法。结果：用几种药物治疗老年人尿失禁，各组疗效相差不显著，但对药物治疗无效又不能手术者只能进行膀胱训练疗法，７２例病人治愈或好转者３３例，治愈好转率为４５．８％。结论：引起老年人尿失禁的原因很多，必须因病施治。

Objectives :The pathogeny of aged patient with the incontinence of urine was studied. Methods: The clinic analysis of 188 aged patients with the incontinence of urine was carried through. Results: The aged patients with the incontinence of urine were treated by a few medicaments,there was not notable difference between team.The aged patients with the incontinence of urine that they couldnt be cured by medication or operation.The curing rate of 72 agedness patients with the incontinence of urine was equal to 45.8% by urinary bladders training. Conclusions: There were a lot of causations that caused the incontinence of urine of the agedness patient,the medication or the urinary bladders training were conjuncted.
