摘要
目的：探讨电视胸腔镜手术治疗手汗症的疗效；方法：总结本科自１９９７年４月以来，利用电视胸腔镜（ＶＡＴＳ）手术治疗５例手汗症的体会；结果：５例手汗症经电视胸腔镜手术治疗，术后效果好，无并发症；结论：电视胸腔镜手术治疗手汗症，创伤小，效果好，手术时短，费用低。
Objective: ST5,5BZToresearchthecurativeeffectofoperatingbyVATSforsymptomseverelysweatinginhandsMethods: Itwassummarizedretrospectivelythat5caseswithsymptomseverelysweatinginhandshavebeenoperatedbyVATSsinceApril1997. Results: Thereisagoodcurativeeffectandnotanycomplicationaftertheoperation. Conclusions:5,5BZThepatientstraumacausedbytheoperationmethodisless,theoperationtimeisshorter,thecurativeeffectiswell,andtheoperationissafertothepatientsthanthosebyotheroperationmethods.Theoperationmethodshouldbefirstlyselectedforsymptomseverelysweatinginhands.
