摘要
深圳市光明新区在全国率先开展了城市低影响开发雨水综合利用的实践,并且探索出适合本地区的城市雨洪利用目标、技术手段、实施方法以及相应的政策保障措施。对深圳市光明新区低影响开发雨洪利用的探索与实践进行了探讨,分析了新区雨洪利用的目标及控制参数的选择、建设项目雨洪利用技术手段以及相应的政策保障措施等内容。深圳市光明新区低影响开发雨水综合利用的探索与实践,对国内其他城市具有借鉴和指导作用。
Guangming New District, Shenzhen, is the first city to implement the low impact devel- opment （LID） stormwater management in China. The stormwater management goal, technologies, imple- mentation method and corresponding policy guarantee measures suitable for the new district were ex- plored. The exploration and practice of LID stormwater management in the new district were studied, and the stormwater management goal, control parameters, technologies and policy guarantee measures were analyzed. The exploration and practice of LID stormwater management in Guangming New District can provide reference and guidance for other cities in China.
