Design of Oil-containing Condensate Treatment System in Dalian Petrochemical Company

在石化生产过程中,蒸汽经换热产生的凝结水的水质很好,但由于在生产过程中存在设备泄漏及腐蚀,因此常造成凝结水含油、含铁量超标,回收凝结水具有重要意义。介绍了大连石化公司凝结水回收系统的工艺流程,实际运行结果表明,系统出水水质达到了《火力发电机组及蒸汽动力设备水汽质量标准》(GB/T 12145—1999)的要求。

During the petrochemical process, condensate is mass-produced by heat exchange with steam. It usually is pure. But condensate often contains oil and iron exceeding the standard due to leak- age and corrosion of the equipment, so the recovery of condensate is significant. The process flow of con- densate recovery system of Dalian Petrochemical Company is introduced. The actual operation results show that the effluent quality meets the requirement of Quality Criterion of Water and Steam for Generating Unit and Steam Power Equipment （GB/T 12145 -1999）.
