摘要
深圳某公司原生活污水处理工程出水水质已达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准,为将该出水回用作为空调冷却水,采用平板膜生物反应器对原有工艺进行改造,并重新进行功能分区;为使出水磷达标,采用混凝工艺除磷。改造后其出水水质完全达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)标准,运行成本为1.40元/m3。
The effluent quality from a domestic sewage treatment project in Shenzhen City has reached the first criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996). To utilize the effluent as the cooling water of air-conditioner, the previous process was reconstructed by a flat- sheet membrane bioreactor, and the functional division of the original treatment structures was conducted. In addition, the coagulation method is used for phosphorus removal to make the effluent phosphorus meet the standard. After the reconstruction, the effluent quality meets the requirement in the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -- Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923 -2005 ). The operation cost is 1.40 yuan/m3.
