Determination of Total Chlorine in Complex Chlorine Dioxide Disinfectant

比较了碘量法与DPD分光光度法测定氯浓度的原理,找出了两种方法的相关性,从而定义了能衡量复合二氧化氯消毒剂消毒能力的指标——总氯,并通过比较DPD分光光度法、3,3,′5,5′-四甲基联苯胺比色法及便携式余氯仪法的测定结果,找出适合测定管网水中"总氯"的方法,该方法便捷、快速、准确。

The principle for determination of chlorine concentration between iodometric method and DPD spectrophotometry was compared. The relativity between two methods was found. The total chlo- rine, an index can indicate the disinfection capacity of complex chlorine dioxide disinfectant was defined. A method suitable for determination of the total chlorine in water from water distribution system was found by comparing the determination results by DPD spectrophotometry, 3,3＇,5,5＇-tetramethyl benzidine col- orimetry and portable residual chlorine meter. This method is convenient, fast and accurate.
