摘要
我国污水处理厂泵站单元普遍存在水泵机组启停频繁、泵后出水流量波动大、泵站单元能耗高的问题,为此介绍一种基于泵站编组轮换算法和动态液位控制算法的进水提升泵智能控制方法。该方法可以适应污水处理厂进水水量的变化,减少水泵的启停次数,尽量避免泵站出水水量的突变,从而减少对后续处理单元的水量冲击,对污水处理厂的稳定安全运行和降低系统能耗均有显著效果。该方法具有良好的普适性,并在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
Problems such as frequent on/off of pump unit, large fluctuation of effluent flow from pump and high energy consumption at pumping station generally exist in WWTPs in China. Therefore, an intelligent control method of influent lift pump based on rotation algorithm of pumps and control algorithm of dynamic wastewater level is introduced. This method can adapt the influent change of WWTP, reduce on/off cycles of pump and avoid sudden change in the effluent flow from pumping station to reduce the flow impact on the subsequent treatment units, which has a significant effect on stable and safe operation of WWTP and reduction of system energy consumption. The method has an excellent universality, and good result is achieved in the actual application.
