心跳停止后犬主动脉内压与中心静脉压的变化趋势及意义

摘要 目的:研究心跳停止后主动脉内压与中心静脉压随时间的变化趋势,确定犬循环系统平均充盈压,探讨心肺复苏有效的两个血流动力学标准是否自相矛盾,是否统一。方法:健康杂种犬24只,雌、雄各半。采用电击致室颤的方式建立心跳停止动物模型。致颤前后用多道生理记录仪对主动脉内压和中心静脉压进行有创同步监测。观察二者随时间的变化趋势,达到平衡所用时间。用SPSS软件制成统计图表,确定犬循环系统平均充盈压。结果:心跳停止后,主动脉内压迅速下降和中心静脉压持续上升,约在2min二者基本平衡,约为20mmHg。随后两者缓慢下降,4min时达14.5 mmHg;6min时达14 mmHg。犬循环系统平均充盈压约为14~20 mmHg。结论:犬循环系统平均充盈压为14~20 mmHg左右。心肺复苏有效的两个血流动力学标准本质上是统一的。
