摘要
采用YSBH-4型分子筛催化剂,在等温积分反应器上分别考察了反应温度、液相空速和苯与丙烯的物质的量之比对苯与丙烯液相烷基化合成异丙苯反应的影响,并基于单因素实验结果设计正交实验,以进一步优化工艺条件。结果表明,YSBH-4催化剂对苯与丙烯液相烷基化合成异丙苯具有良好的催化活性和选择性。适宜的烷基化条件为175℃,液相空速28.52 h^(-1)和苯与丙烯的物质的量比8:1,在该条件下,丙烯转化率为99.76%,烷基化产物中异丙苯、正丙苯、二异丙苯和三异丙苯的选择性分别为85.27%,0.04%,14.61%和1.08%。
The effects of temperature, liquid space velocity and molar ratio of benzene to propylene on the liquid phase alkylation of benzene with propylene over YSBH-4 molecular sieve catalyst were investigated by the single factor test method and the orthogonal test, respectively. The results showed that YSBH-4 catalyst exhibited good catalytic activity, high selectivity and stability. The conversion of propylene reached 99. 76%, the selectivity of isopropylbenzene, n-propylbenzene, di-isopropylbenzene and n-propylbenzene reached 85. 27%, 0.04%, 14. 61% and 1.08%, respectively, under the conditions of 175 ℃, liquid space velocity 9,8.52 h^-1 and molar ratio of benzene to propylene 8:1.
