摘要
考察了pH值、温度、氧化剂种类和浓度对亚硝酰硫酸水解反应的影响。结果表明,亚硝酰硫酸水解并吸收生成硝酸较合适的工艺条件为以过氧化氢为氧化剂,其质量分数为5%,常压,5~20℃,水解介质的pH值9~11,水解时间4~6 min。在该工艺条件下,氮氧化合物全部转化为NO_3^-。该研究为氮氧化合物生产的亚硝酰硫酸中各组分含量的快速分析提供了依据。
The effects of pH, temperature, oxidants and mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide on hydrolysis of nitrosyl sulfuric acid were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions of hydrolysis were using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide 5 %, atmosphere pressure, hydrolysis temperature 5- 20 ℃, pH 9- 11, hydrolysis time 4- 6 min. Under the conditions, the hydrolyzate was only sulfuric acid and nitric acid. Which could apply the theoretical guidance for analyzing the content of nitrosyl sulfuric acid in nitric oxide diazotization reaction.
