基于参与者行为建模的知识流仿真

Simulation of knowledge flow based on participants’behavior modeling

为了制定一套在企业遇到的问题时,能迅速高效地选择出最合适、最匹配的专家来解决的处理机制,设计了一个基于参与者行为建模的知识流仿真实验。通过对企业的知识流参与者,即企业里的专家智囊进行建模,用一套数学模型来表示每个参与者的各种特性,如年龄、能力、知识结构等;并得到评价的公式。通过分析知识流中各种角色的行为,建立相应的行为模型,通过协同评价算法,对知识流参与者的信用和能力进行评价,得到的评价结果被用于后续知识流的参与者的选择。实验结果表明了知识供需结果和演化情况。

To find a quickly and efficiently strategy to select the most appropriate experts to resolve the problem,a system of simulation of knowledge flow based on the participants’behavior modeling is established.Using a mathematical model to represent each participant of enterprise knowledge flow in a variety of features,such as age,ability,knowledge structure,etc.And be evaluated formula.Through analyzing the various roles of behavior,and the appropriate behavioral models are established.System will evaluate the participants’ credibility and capacity by the evaluation algorithms.The results of the evaluation will be used for participants’choice of knowledge flows.The simulation of knowledge flow will show the supply and demand of knowledge.
