Through the description and analysis of the life and the state of the countryside transient population in Nanjing＇s ＂vegetable village＂,this paper promulgates the clan network＇s vicissitudes of its organization,structure and function under the social mobility,so it holds the view that the clan,as one kind of cultural tradition full of vitality,may accomplish the modernization in the evolution.
