摘要
以学术为本是高校发展的传统思维模式,但是单纯追求学术并在此氛围中教育学生,就会使得毕业生在就业时感到"手软",磨合学术教育与实践相结合的教育模式成为以学生为本的现代教育需要深入思考的问题。高等教育实践化首先应该做到教师实践化进而教育实践化和学生实践化,教师实践化不但需要时间过程而且需要学校给教师创造合理的制度环境,教师分层进而让部分教师实践化,使不同品行的教师密切配合也是高校教育实践化的理性选择,教师实践化需要教师做到:亲身经历、张扬个性、警觉问题、注重实效、明确目标。
It is the traditional thinking style for higher institutions to have their science-oriented development,but purely chasing science and graduates being produced under this atmosphere may lead to graduate's failure to meet social demand,it should be considered that an education mode must be shaped by merging science and practice.In fact,the hierarchical education dynamics in Holland has provided us with a typical example for education practisization in China.In order to achieve education practisization,firstly teachers must be practiced,then education practisization and student practisization,teacher practisization needs not only time but also reasonable school system,it is the reasonable choice for teachers to be layered,some of them practice,and simultaneously others coordinate with each other well,so teachers must do the followings for practisization: practicing by oneself;conveying characteristics;being alert to issues;emphasizing efficiency;target being clear.
