摘要
结合我所研发的某型特种微型光缆的结构设计和应力应变的研究,建立了特种微型光缆的数学模型和应力应变测试系统,对不同应力条件下微型光缆和其中光纤的应力应变进行了测试。同时利用ANSYS结构力学仿真分析软件,建立了该微型光缆的有限元分析模型,并对其在各种工况下的变形进行了分析。测试和分析结果表明,该型光缆在受到拉伸时发生较复杂的变形,由于光纤在光缆中存在一定冗余度,光纤的应变小于光缆的应变。仿真分析再现了变形产生原因和变形过程。
In combination with a special micro-fiber optic cable structure design and research of stress and strain, this paper established a special micro-fiber optic cable design model and the stress-strain test system.In a variety of working conditions the deformation of special micro-fiber optic cables is simulated by ANSYS Mechanical simulation software. Testing and analysis results show that the special micro-fiber-optic cable un- der the tensile deformation occurs is more complex, due to the fiber optical cable is redundant, and the strain of fiber optic cable is less than the one of optical fiber cable. The process of deformation and distortion of the special micro-fiber optic cable are reproduced by Simulation.
