Advances on small-molecule inhibitors of interfacing with p53-MDM2 protein-protein interactions

摘要 p53-MDM2蛋白相互作用是抗肿瘤药物研究的重要作用靶点,抑制p53-MDM2结合是激活p53的有效途径。大量的药物筛选方法和手段已经用于寻找p53-MDM2相互作用的新型抑制剂,其中小分子抑制剂是最具前景的研究领域之一。该文总结了近年来国内外p53-MDM2蛋白结合小分子抑制剂的研究进展。 p53-MDM2 protein-protein interaction is an important target for antitumor drugs.Inhibiting p53-MDM2 interaction is a promising approach for activating p53.A number of drug screening approaches and technologies have been used to identify novel inhibitor of p53-MDM2 interaction.And small-molecule inhibitors research is one of the most promising areas.The advances on small-molecule inhibitors of p53-MDM2 protein interactions at home and abroad in recent years were summarized.
