摘要 Hedgehog信号传导途径在细胞分化及胚胎器官形成过程中扮演着重要角色,异常激活hedgehog信号传导,可引起多种肿瘤的发生。研究和开发hedgehog信号传导途径抑制剂为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的策略。该文对hedgehog信号传导途径抑制剂及其构效关系的研究进行综述。 The hedgehog signaling pathway is essential for cell differentiation and organ formation in embryogenesis,the aberrant activation of which has been implicated in several forms of cancer.The deve-lopment of inhibitors of this pathway represents a promising strategy toward antitumor therapeutics.Here the recent advances of hedgehog signaling pathway inhibitors and their structure-activity relationships are reviewed.
