摘要
肌肉素(Musclin)是骨骼肌分泌的一种生物活性因子,调控机体的糖代谢与脂质代谢,具有自分泌和旁分泌的功能,可能与肥胖、糖尿病等与胰岛素抵抗相关的代谢性疾病的发生相关。其在骨骼肌中的表达受到营养状况、肌肉类型和激素、细胞因子等诸多因素的调节,运动干预可以降低高脂饮食和2型糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌和血清musclin含量。这些为我们研究内分泌紊乱和代谢性疾病的发生机制和临床防治提供了新的视野。
Musclin is a kind of biological active factor which is secreted by skeletal muscle,regulating the body's glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.Musclin may be associated with occurrence of metabolic diseases related to insulin resistance with autocrine and paracrine functions,Its expression in skeletal muscle is influenced by many factors such as nutritional status,muscle type as well as hormone and cytokines,Skeletal muscle and serum musclin concentrations in rat with high-fat diet and type 2 diabetes can be reduced by Long-term exercise training.These provide a new perspective for us to study mechanism and clinical prevention and treatment of endocrine disorders and metabolic diseases.
