核心力量训练越来越引起重视,核心力量是花样游泳基本姿势和动作的控制因素,对稳定脊柱、骨盆,保持正确的身体姿势,协调平衡,提高花样游泳运动员的速度,力度,水位和表现力具有很重要的意义。核心力量的训练方法主要是针对躯干深层小肌肉,在不平衡的状态下进行各种负荷的训练。
Core strength training is paid more and more attention.The Core strength is the basic postures and movements synchronized swimming,the controlling factors,to stabilize the spine,pelvis,maintaining the correct body posture,coordination balance and synchronized swimming athletes to improve speed,strength,water level and expression has very important significance.Core strength training methods are mainly aimed at small deep trunk muscles,in the unbalanced state of various loads of training.
