安徽省高校CUBA现状分析与发展策略

Research on the Present Situation and Development Countermeasure of CUBA in Colleges of An Hui Province

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等研究方法,对安徽省第九届CUBA各参赛队进行调查。分析得出目前安徽省高校篮球主要存在的问题:发展高校CUBA认识不到位,办队支持力度不够;经费不足,训练场馆和辅助设施缺乏;教练员来源单一、科研水平不高、待遇较差;运动员的生源质量不高、训练补助较少;运动队训练时间和参加比赛较少等。针对目前的现状提出:改变传统理念,加强部门协调与合作;增加投入,改善业余训练条件;加大高水平教练员和运动员的引进;改善教练员和运动员待遇;增加训练和比赛次数等策略。

Through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview method and so on,carrying on the investigation to various participating teams of Anhui Province nineth session of CUBA.The analysis obtains the present Anhui Province university basketball mainly exist the questions：Understanding of the developmengt of CUBA is not in place,and not enough support for running teams;the team managing funds is insufficient,the training facility and the ancillary facilities lack;The trainer originates solely,the scientific research level is not high,the treatment to be bad;Athlete＇s fresh source quality is not high,the training subsidy is few;The Sports Team training time and attending the competition few and so on.Proposed in view of the present present situation：changing tradition idea,strengthens department coordinated and cooperation;Increases the investment,improves extra-curricular training condition;Enlarges the high level trainer and athlete＇s introduction;Improves the trainer and the athlete treatment;Increases training and competition times of strategies and so on.
