黄瓜植株衰老过程中根系内生理生化指标变化 被引量:7

摘要 以两个生育期不同的黄瓜品种D0313和649为试材,在正常的田间管理条件下,对植株发育过程中根系内主要生理生化指标的变化进行分析比较,旨在找出两个黄瓜品种衰老过程中根系内主要生理生化指标的变化规律。结果表明,随着植株的衰老,根系内可溶性蛋白质含量、根系活力、SOD及POD活性均呈下降趋势,MDA含量呈上升趋势。D0313根系内可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD活性及根系活力下降时间较649早约15d。根系活力和SOD活性可以作为鉴定黄瓜根系衰老的生理生化指标。 In this experiment,cucumber cultivars D0313 (premature senility) and 649 (comparison),which have different periods of duration,were used as materials in routine farming management to find the changing mechanism through the research of changes in several physiological and biochemical indices of cucumber roots during the whole process of development.The results showed that during the period of senescence,the soluble protein content,the root vigor,the activity of POD and SOD in roots all decreased,butMDA content increased.By comparison,the time that soluble protein content,the activity of SOD,and the root vigorbegan to decrease in the root of D0313 was 15 d earlierthan in the comparison 649.Root vigorand the activity of SOD could be used as physiological and biochemical indices of cucumber roots during senescence.
