管廊带穿越新建立交工程的方案比选和设计

A Study of Plan Selection & Design of Pipeline Corridors Groups Crossing the New-building Overpass

唐山市曹妃甸工业区北环路立交建设中遇到3条管廊带。分析了3条管廊带的现状及规划,结合立交布置及管线资料,从管廊设置方式、施工方式及费用等方面对管廊带穿越立交的方式进行了比选,提出了采用管廊及跨线桥相结合的方式解决立交范围内管廊带内规划管线的敷设问题。最后确定了管廊设计原则,介绍了3条管廊的横断面及竖向设计。

There are three pipeline corridors groups crossing the North Circle Rd. overpass in Caofeidian industrial district in Tangshan. And the present condition and planning of the three groups are analyzed. Combined with the overpass layout and pipeline information, the type of crossing the overpass is selected through pipeline corridors groups layout, construction type and cost. Then, the method of the composition of pipeline corridors groups and flyover is adopted to solve the planning pipelines pavement in the scale of the overpass. Finally, the design principle, cross section and vertical design of the pipeline corridors are put forward.
