摘要 以柴油为分散介质、Span和Tween复配体系为乳化剂、质量分数为62.0%的丙烯酰胺水溶液为分散相,配制了反相微乳液。通过增溶水相实验、绘制拟三元相图、测定电导率,确定了反相微乳液的组成(质量分数):柴油43%,Span80/Tween80(质量比3:1)复配乳化剂17.4%,62.0%的丙烯酰胺水溶液39.6%。以产物中聚丙烯酰胺实测含量为指标,考察了引发温度、引发剂用量、搅拌速度和反应时间对聚合反应的影响,并对丙烯酰胺反相微乳液聚合的实验条件进行优化。电镜照片显示,在较优条件下制得的聚丙烯酰胺微球粒径在50 nm左右,且分布单一。 Water in oil (W/O) type inverse mieroemulsions were prepared with diesel oil as dispersing medium, Span80 -Tween80 as emulsifier and 62.0% (w) aerylamide (AA) solution as dispersion phase. The composition of the microemulsion was determined by doing solubilization experiments, drawing pseudo - ternary phase diagrams, and measuring conductivity, which was as follows: diesel oil 43% ,Span80/Tween80( mass ratio 3:1) 17.4% and 62.0% AA solution 39.6%. According to polymerization product, the effects of initiating temperature, dosage the content of the polyacrylamide in the of initiator, stirring rate, and reaction time on the polymerization were investigated and the polymerization conditions were optimized. The photo taken by TEM shows that the sizes of the polyacrylamide nanospheres are mostly about 50 nm.
