摘要 简要介绍了缓速酸种类及作用机理,缓速酸包括自生酸、稠化酸、泡沫酸、活性酸及乳化酸。重点介绍了乳化酸作用机理、改造地层特点及应用研究进展,即利用乳化酸的缓速性及其黏度,降低酸岩反应速率和酸液滤失速率,使酸液进入地层深部,增加酸液穿透距离,改善油层渗透率,达到提高油井产量的目的。用缓速酸对油田酸化施工,结果表明,乳化酸的缓速率是空白酸的4~6倍,施工成功率达100%,有效率达80%以上,油气增产效果显著。 Types of retarded acid and its action mechanism were briefly reviewed in this paper, which included authigenie acid, viscous acid, foam acid, active acid and emulsion acid. The following aspects were mainly discussed- the mechanism of emulsion acid, the features of reconstructive stratum, and the development in research of emulsified acid application. Taking advantage of its retardation and viscosity to decrease reaction rate and acid filtration rate, so as to inject acid into deep ground, increase the acid penetration distance, and im- prove the reservoir permeability, the purpose of increasing oil production had been achieved. Through aeidizing operations in the oil field, the retarding rate had been 4 to 6 times of blank acid, the success rate of construction had been 100%, the effective rate over 80% , and the production of oil and gas had remarked growth.
