曼尼希碱型盐酸酸化缓蚀剂的合成与性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 以苄胺、苯乙酮、甲醛为原料合成了一种曼尼希碱,通过正交实验得到最佳合成条件:苯乙酮、甲醛、苄胺物质的量比1:1.5:1.5,反应时间10 h,反应体系pH值2~3,反应温度90℃。最佳条件下合成的曼尼希碱与增效剂丙炔醇、碘化钾以质量比1:0.2:0.5复配,得到曼尼希碱型盐酸酸化缓蚀剂。缓蚀性能考察实验结果表明,研制的曼尼希碱型盐酸酸化缓蚀剂具有良好的缓蚀效果。在15%的盐酸介质中,90℃下,缓蚀剂用量为1.0%时,钢片腐蚀速率仅为2.987g/(m^2.h);当温度升高到150℃时,增加缓蚀剂用量到1.5%,腐蚀速率仅为3.646 g/(m^2·h);含量低于20%的盐酸介质中,缓蚀剂用量为1.0%时,腐蚀速率低于4 g/(m^2·h)。采用红外光谱对合成产物进行了表征。 optimum s A kind of Mannich base was synthesized from be nzylamine, acetophenone, and formaldehyde. The ,ynthesizing conditions were determined by the orthogonal none) :n(formaldehyde) :n(benzylamine) = 1 : 1.5: 1.5, reaction test, which were as follows: n(acetophetime 10 hours, pH value of the reaction mixture 2 - 3, and reaction temperature 90 ~C. The Mannich base corrosion inhibitor for hydrochloric acidizing fluid was obtained by compounding the Mannich base with synergistic agents such as propargyl alcohol and potassium iodide in mass ratio of 1:0.2:0.5. The test results showed that the Marmich base corrosion inhibitor had good corrosion inhibiting performance. The corrosion rate for the steel sample was only 2. 987 g/(m^2·h) by adding 1.0% the corrosion inhibitor in 15% (w) hydrochloric acid at 90 ℃ and the corrosion rate was 3.646 g/(m^2·h) by adding 1.5% the corrosion inhibitor in 15% (w) hydrochloric acid at 150 ℃ and the corrosion rate was less than 4 g/( m^2· h) by adding 1.0% the corrosion inhibitor in 〈 20% (w) hydrochloric acid at 90 ℃. The synthesized product was characterized by IR.
