冷原子吸收法测定中成药中汞的还原剂的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨和优化冷原子吸收光谱法测定中成药中汞所采用的还原剂。方法:以5种不同剂型的常见中成药为对象,采用硝酸-过氧化氢体系微波消解,而后分别以酸性氯化亚锡和硼氢化钠为还原剂,利用氘灯自动扣背景,冷原子吸收光谱法测定中成药中的汞含量。结果:发现两种还原剂测定的线性、特征浓度相似,但以酸性氯化亚锡为还原剂时所有品种的回收率和标准溶液的回收率QC均很好,且检出限较低,而以硼氢化钠为还原剂时样品的回收率和标准溶液的QC较氯化亚锡为差,清开灵胶囊回收率仅43.6%。结论:冷原子吸收法测定中成药中的汞时以酸性氯化亚锡为还原剂能取得更好的测定结果。 Objective Explored and optimized the reducing agent for determination of mercury in Chinese traditional medicine. Methods Used nitric acid - hydrogen peroxide microwave digestion system to digest sample and then respectively used the acidic SnCl2 or sodium borohydride as reducing agent, adopting deuterium lamp automatic to deduct background, to determine mercury in five different common dosage form of Chinese traditional medicine by Cold Atomic Absorbance Spectrometry. Results good linearity of calibration curve was obtained, the characteristics of the concentration was similar, but when the reducing agent was acidic SnCl2.the standard addition recovery and the QC recovery were very good; when the reducing agent was Sodium borohydride, the standard addition recovery and the QC recovery were worse than SnCl2, particularly in Qingkailing capsule the standard addition recovery was only 43.6%.Conclusion Using acidic SnCl2 as reducing agent in determination of mercury in Chinese traditional medicine by Cold Atomic Absorption Spectrometry could get a better results.
