抗糖尿病药物与胰腺癌关系研究新进展

Advances in the relationship between antidiabetic drugs and pancreatic cancer

胰腺癌是消化系统的常见恶性肿瘤之一,研究表明2型糖尿病与人类的胰腺癌发生相关,重视对高危人群中新发糖尿病患者的观察随访可能有助于胰腺癌的早期诊断。最新的研究提示抗糖尿病药物会影响胰腺癌的发生:双胍类药物可能会降低胰腺癌的发生风险,而长期使用胰岛素可能会增高其风险。虽然目前对该结论存在一定的争议,但对临床治疗过程中药物选择仍具有一定的指导借鉴作用。

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignancies.Several studies indicated that there is a complicated relationship between diabetes and pancreatic cancer.Emphasizing the research of the internal relationship between diabetes and pancreatic cancer,and closely monitoring the high-risk group with new-onset diabetes will help to elevate the early detection rate of pancreatic cancer.Recently research showed that antidiabetic drugs have effects on the risk of human pancreatic cancer.For example,metformin use was associated with reduced risk,and insulin or insulin secretagogue use was associated with increased risk of pancreatic cancer in diabetic patients.These results can help the physicians to choose the reasonable drugs.
