摘要
在国内首次用提拉法生长出Ce3+:LiSrAlF6晶体,晶体尺寸达Φ20min×80mm,测定了其在室温下的吸收及发射光谱,并计算了晶体的主吸收系数及残余吸收系数.
Single crystal of Ce3+:LiSrAIF6 with dimension up to 20 minx80 mmhave been growen by CZ technique for the first time in our country. The absorp-tion and emmission spectrum at room temperature were reported. The absorptioncoefficient of crystal at 266 urn and 290 urn were calculated.
