摘要
本文对河北涿鹿县两个乡的9种沙棘果中的维生素C、类胡萝卜素、总黄酮、可溶性糖、沙棘油及脂肪酸等进行了系统分析研究。结果表明:同一地区的不同沙棘果在化学成分上有极大差异,如HZ_(-1)样品中的维生素C含量高达761.7mg/100g,而HZ_(-9)样品中只含180.1mg/100g。在沙棘油的脂肪酸组成研究中,还观察到沙棘种子油的脂肪酸组成,存在两类截然不同的特征,一类以含油酸、棕榈酸为主,而另一类以含油酸、亚油酸为主。
Chemical constituents of 9 species Hippophae rhamnoides fruits in Zhuolu county,Hebei province are described. The fruits of 9 species contain 180.6-761 7mg% vitamin C, 26.1-112.0mg% carotenoids, 401.3 -730.9mg% flavonoids 9.4-15.4% soluble sugar, 8.1-12.3% seed oils, 4.1-12.3% fruitpulp oils. The fatty acid composition of oils from seeds and fruit pulp are also given (see TABLE 7,8). In study on the fatty acids composition of seed oils, author observed that there are obviously two types in characteristics of the fatty ,acid composition of seed oils, one type contains mainly oleic acid, palmitic acid, and the other contains mainly oleic acid, linoleic acid.
