玻璃体腔注射Avastin治疗新生血管性青光眼的护理

摘要 总结2008年1月～2009年5月对新生血管性青光眼患者12例12眼,采用玻璃体腔内注射Avastin(1.25mg;0.1ml)联合全视网膜激光光凝术的护理。主要包括严格无菌操作,把握手术指征,做好心理护理和常规护理。认为玻璃体腔注射Avastin联合全视网膜激光光凝术治疗新生血管青光眼成功率高,加强围手术期护理,能提高手术效果,避免相关并发症发生。
