摘要
总结了22例确诊手足口病患儿的消毒隔离防护措施。包括在实施标准预防基础上,做好隔离病室的布局,对病室实施接触隔离,对患儿实施肠道隔离措施,并制定适应患儿家属、陪人和探视者的指导措施。本组22例患儿治愈出院,未出现院内感染。预防控制手足口病的关键是帮助患儿和家属形成正确的消毒隔离行为和观念,做好一级预防。
To analyze retrospectively the measures of sterilized and isolative protection of 22 cases diagnosed as HFMD,including good layout of isolation ward,touch islation of the ward,gastro intestinal isolation of the patients as well as the formulation of guidance of accompanying relatives and visitors to patients.All of 22 patients were cured, there was no nosocomial infection.The key to prevention and control of HFMD is to help people form correct behavior and attitude as well as do primary prevention well.
