颈动脉手术围术期的护理

目的探讨颈动脉手术围术期的护理方法。方法对27例颈动脉手术患者手术前做好心理护理及手术野的皮肤准备护理;术后做好体位护理、生命体征尤其是血压的监测、呼吸道的护理,注意引流液情况,严密观察患者神志、发音及肢体感觉运动功能的变化,尤其做好脑部并发症的观察。结果本组无死亡。1例颅底巨大颈内动脉瘤术后第2天发生脑梗死,4例术后出现舌下神经损伤症状,无手术后出血及切口并发症。结论颈动脉手术的成功除取决于手术医师娴熟的手术技巧外,围术期的护理尤其是术后体位护理、血压的监测、呼吸道的护理及脑部并发症的观察是患者顺利康复的保证。

Objective To explore perioperative nursing of carotid artery surgery.Methods 27 cases of carotid artery surgery patients before surgery good psychological cared and the surgical field of skin care preparations,postoperative position nursing,vital signs,especially blood pressure monitoring,respiratory care,Note drainage fluid situation,close observation of patients mind,sound and sensory changed in motor function,particularly in the brain complications.ResultsThere was no death.One case of large skull base carotid aneurysm occurred the next day after infarction,4 cases occurred after hypoglossal nerve injury symptoms,no post-operative bleeding and wound complications.ConclusionThe success of carotid artery surgery depends on surgeon skilled surgical techniques,perioperative nursing care,especially after position,blood pressure monitoring,respiratory care and brain complications of the patient to ensure a smooth recovery.
