摘要
运用感应电动势法(EMF)对准光栅格阵列进行分析,给出了平面栅格的等效电路模型。结合有源器件的等效电路模型,采用节点分析法对栅格的完整等效电路模型求解环路增益。在Win95平台下,编制了平面栅格振荡器阵列的辅助设计程序,设计计算结果与国外文献报道吻合得较好。
The equivalent circuit model of planar grid is obtained based on the analysis of quasi-optical grid arrays using EMF method. The complete transmission line circuit model of the planar gridoscillator arrays is analyzed using the equivalent circuit model of the active device. The loop-gain isobtained by node-analysis method. A developed software is on the platform of Windows 95. for designingplanar grid oscillator arrays. The results come out to be a good agreement with theoretical analysis andreports from home and foreign documents.
