Risk is one of the basic nature of securitise.How to avoid risk have become one of the main problems during the development of stock market in our country.According to the development process of Chinese stock market,this article explains four main reasons for systematic risk of Chinses stock market.And on this basis,this article combining with practice puts forward some desicions to reduce the systematic risk of our stock market.
