注射用唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛67例临床观察

Clinical observation of zoledronic acid in the treatment of pain of bone metastasis caused by maligent tumor

目的:观察注射用唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛的效果和不良反应。方法:67例恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛的患者,每次给予唑来膦酸注射液4mg,用生理盐水100ml稀释后静脉滴注,每3-4周1次,至少连续2次。结果:止痛效果:显效23.9%(16/67),有效46.2%(31/67),总有效率70.1%,活动能力总改善率64.2%(43/67),生活质量改善总有效率65.6%(44/67)。主要不良反应为发热、一过性肌肉骨关节痛、流感样症状等,反应轻,不需特殊处理。结论:唑来膦酸注射液能明显减轻恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛和显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and adverse effect of zoledronic acid injection for the pain relief in patients with metastatic bone cancer.Methods：Sixty seven patients with osseous metastasis pain were treated with zoledronic acid injection.Two cycles of zoledronic acid injection were used.Results：The effect of pain relief： remarkable effective rate was 23.9%（16/67）,effective rate was 46.2.2%（31/67）.Main adverse effects were febricity,temporary muscle and skeletal pain.All of the adverse effects did not require medical interfere.Conclusion：Zoledronic acid injection can relieve the pain and improve life quality for the patients with osseous metastasis pain.
