循证护理对乳腺癌患者中医辨证施护服务满意度影响的探讨

Exploring the influences of evidence based nursing on satisfaction of traditional Chinese medical dialectical nursing service regarding breast cancer patients

目的:探讨循证护理对乳腺癌患者中医辨证施护服务满意度的影响。方法:随机将60例乳腺癌患者分为干预组和对照组,各30例。在住院期间,干预组患者接受循证护理与中医辨证施护,对照组患者仅接受中医辨证施护。干预后分别统计两组患者对本次住院护理服务的满意度。结果:干预组患者满意度(8 6.7%)高于对照组(5 6.7%),差异有显著性(χ2=6.82,P=0.03<0.05)。结论:循证护理是科学解决护理问题的方法,可以提高中医辨证施护服务满意度。

Objective：To explore the influences of evidence based nursing on satisfaction of traditional Chinese medical dialectical nursing service regarding breast cancer patients.Methods：Sixty breast cancer patients were randomly allocated to an experimental group（N=30） and a control group（N=30）.During the hospital stay,the experimental group received both evidence based nursing and traditional Chinese medical dialectical nursing,whereas the control group only received traditional Chinese medical dialectical nursing.After the intervention,the satisfaction rates of the two group subjects were investigated.Results：The satisfaction rate of the experimental group（86.7%） was higher than that of the control group（56.7%）,with significant difference（χ2=6.82,P=0.030.05）.Conclusions：Evidence based nursing is the scientific method of solving nursing problems and can improve the satisfaction of traditional Chinese medical dialectical nursing service.
