摘要
肝再生过程是一个极其复杂且精密的过程,多种生长因子(包括HGF,TGF,EGF等)和细胞因子(包括TNF,IL-6等)参与调节这一过程,而且生长因子与细胞因子之间有存在着千丝万缕的联系。本文着重介绍了生长因子和细胞因子在肝再生过程中的作用以及二者之间的联系。
Liver regeneration is a very complex and well-orchestrated process.A number of growth factors（involving HGF,TGF,EGF and so on） and cytokines（involving TNF,IL-6） are involved and regulate this process,and intricate the interactions among them.This review focuses on two kinds of factors-growth factors and cytokines.
