T4K矫治混合牙列期错畸形的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of malocclusion during mixed dentition with T4K appliance

目的:观察T4K矫治器矫治混合牙列期错畸形的临床效果。方法:选择50例替牙期错畸形患者,年龄7～10岁,戴用澳大利亚Myofunctional Research公司的软硬质T4K矫治器,通过治疗前后的X线头影测量,进行配对t检验。结果:矫治后牙齿排列整齐,牙弓形态标准,ANB、SNB、NP/FH、U1/NA、U1/L1、U1/SN、U1-NA、OJ有显著性变化。口腔不良习惯改善。结论:T4K能有效破除口腔不良习惯,适合混合牙列期部分错畸形的矫治。

Objective：To study the clinical effects of T4k appliance in mixed dentition.Method：Fifty patients who had mixed dentition malocclusion and bad oral habit were treated with T4k appliance,aged from seven to ten years old.Head cephalometric changes of pretreatment and posttreatment were measured and analysed by paired-samples t-tests.Result： Changes of ANB、SNB、NP/FH、U1/NA、U1/L1、U1/SN、U1-NA and OJ had statistic differences.Conclusion：T4K is a functional appliance and it can effectively improve bad oral habit.It is suitable for partial malocclusion patients during mixed dentition.
