摘要
目的:研究纳米级载银无机抗菌剂(NSBIAA)对口腔白色念珠菌的杀菌作用,同时评价该抗菌剂应用于口腔材料的可行性。方法:体外实验观察不同浓度纳米级载银无机抗菌剂(NSB1AA)对白色念珠菌(ATCC3153a)的杀菌活性;模拟佩戴义齿基托患者的口腔环境,观察NSB1AA在该环境中对白色念珠菌的作用。结果:NSB1AA对白色念珠菌的最低杀菌浓度(MBC)为3.42mg/mL,在模拟口腔环境中显示对白色念珠菌的良好抗菌活性。结论:NSB1AA具有在口腔材料领域应用的可行性。
Objective:To explore the antibacterial activity on candida albicans of Nano-Silver Base Inorganic Antibacterial Agents,and to evaluate the possibility of the Antibacterial Agents' application to dental material.Method:The antibacterial activity on Candida albicans of different concentration Nano-Silver Base Inorganic Antibacterial Agents was determined in vitro.In addition,the antibacterial activity of the Antibacterial Agents was observed in artificial oral environment.Result:The Minimal Bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Nano-Silver Base Inorganic Antibacterial Agents to Candida albicans was 3.42 mg/mL,and there were a significant inhibitory function of Nano-Silver Base Inorganic Antibacterial Agents on the attachment of candida albicans on resin material blocks in artificial oral environment.Conclusion:It is possible that Nano-silver base inorganic antibacterial agents can be used in dental antibacterial materials.
