苯的氨基硝基化合物热灼伤的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨苯的氨基硝基化合物热灼伤的治疗方法.方法 总结和分析42例苯的氨基硝基化合物热灼伤患者的临床特点和治疗方法.结果 23例入院时水疱皮基本完整的患者创面经换药治疗9~17 d愈合;16例早期手术患者,术前口唇、指甲发绀明显,高铁血红蛋白(MHb)为18.2%±12.1%,氧饱和度(SpO2)为90.7%±3.5%,术后第2天停用业甲蓝,发绀症状明显减轻,MHb为3.1%±1.8%,SpO2为97.6%±1.2%,9例创面经植皮治疗愈合;3例末能早期手术者化学中毒症状严重,持续时间长,2例创面经植皮治疗愈合,1例因化学中毒并发全身侵袭性感染,最终因多脏器功能衰竭死亡.结论 苯的氨基硝基化合物热灼伤可导致机体化学中毒,减轻伤后中毒的关键是尽早争取把灼伤创面转变为一般热力灼伤创面.
