摘要
文中对实现斜轴电火花铣削加工的基本条件进行了探讨,介绍了基本实验装置,并作了电极直径、电极旋转速度、电参数对材料蚀除速度和电极相对损耗的影响规律的研究。
The test of electro-discharge milling with aided tilting shaft was done in this paper.It includes the study of the basic machining conditions,the design of the essential experimental devices and the investigation of the effect of some factors on metal removal rate(MRR) and electrode wear(EW).The factors are electrode diameters,electrode rotating speeds and electrical parameters.
