介绍一种自制的基板静态测试仪。利用该设备，可以迅速地发现基板生产过程中出现的错误。
Inrtoduce one static tester of print circuit board that produced by ourselves.And using the equipment,we can find the mistaken quickly which occur during the process of PCB production.
