股份合作制改革中应注意的几个问题

股份合作制是我国城乡劳动群众在改革实践中创造出来的新型企业组织形式。党的十五大后，这种现代企业的资本组织形式发展较快，给原来陷入困境的企业带来勃勃生机，并成为当前放开搞活中小企业的主要形式之一。然而，因人们对股份合作制认识的差异性，导致在实践中的随意性和盲目性，甚至有的地区用行政手段搞“股份合作化”，乱刮“股风”，结果困扰企业的老问题没解决，新问题又出来了。因此，股份合作制改革应加强规范，积极引导，逐步完善，确保股份合作制改革的顺利进行。

Joint Stock Enterprise is a new form of entrprise Organization Created in the economic reform of China.After the 15 th Confererce of CPC ,this kind of organization has developed more than ever ,bringing the Stated-owned companies with difficulties mew hope ,and becoming main organization from the energernize the small and middle companizes . However ,as the difference of views on the organization ,the enforcement of Joint Stock Enterprise is not so well as expected ,in some places the orgamization of Joint Stock Enterprise just bemome a governor's forcing movement,resulting in many new problems to the companizes. It is emphasized in this paper that the organization of Joint Stock Enterprise should be normalized and led correctly,so as the take advantages of it .
