摘要
目的评价爽咽茶的抗炎作用。方法以小鼠血管通透性模型、小鼠耳肿胀模型、大鼠足肿胀模型、大鼠肉牙肿模型等评价爽咽茶对小鼠毛细血管通透性增高的影响、二甲苯致耳肿胀影响、大鼠蛋清性足肿胀、棉球肉芽肿的影响。结果爽咽茶1.32、2.64、5.28g/kg各剂量组明显抑制由醋酸所致血管通透性增加、二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀及棉球所致肉芽增生,并呈一定的剂量依赖关系。结论爽咽茶对急、慢性炎症具有显著的抗炎作用。
Objecitive To evaluate the anti-flammatory effect of Shuangyancha.Methods A few conventional models were applied to evaluate the effect,such as the celiac capillary permeability caused by acetic acid in mice,the sweeling of adjuvant arthritis in rats induced by injecting methanal and egg serum,and the proliferation of granulation tissue induced by cotton-pellets in rats.Results Shuangyancha could evidently inhibit the incrase of celiac capillary permeability caused by acetic acid in mice and reduce the sweeling of adjuvant arthritis in rats induced by injecting methanal and egg serum;It could also inhibit the proliferation of granulation tissue induced by cotton-pellets in rats.Conclusion Shuangyancha has remarkable anti-inflammatory effect on acute and chronic inflammation.
