高效液相色谱法测定嗣育保胎丸中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Siyubaotaiwan by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的建立嗣育保胎丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以岛津VP-ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86);检测波长:230nm;柱温:40℃。结果芍药苷在0.1130～1.6950μg范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9996);样品的平均加样回收率为100.00%,RSD为1.59%,n=6。结论本文方法简便、快速,可作为嗣育保胎丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Siyubaotaiwan.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used,wiht SHIMADZU VP-ODS（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） as the stationary phase,and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（14：86） as the mobile phase.The photodiode array detector was used at 230 nm.Column temperatuer was 40℃.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.1130-1.6950 μg （r=0.9996）.The average recovery of the method was 100.00%,RSD 1.59%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is reliable,accurate and can be applied to separate and determine paeoniflorin in Siyubaotaiwan.
