复方魔芋精粉的毒理学安全性和减肥作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究复方魔芋精粉的亚急性毒性、遗传毒性和减肥作用。方法:设2.5 g、5.0 g和10.0 g/kg体重三个剂量组,观察复方魔芋精粉的亚急性毒性;选择Am es试验、小鼠精子畸形试验,小鼠微核试验观察复方魔芋精粉遗传毒性;设0.40 g/kg、0.80 g/kg、1.2 g/kg体重三个剂量组,同时设空白对照组和模型对照组观察复方魔芋精粉减肥作用。结果:各剂量组末见有明显的亚急性毒性;各剂量组末见有明显的遗传毒性;与肥胖模型对照组比较,复方魔芋精粉中、高剂量组大鼠体重明显减轻;中、高剂量组大鼠体脂重明显下降。结论:本试验条件下,复方魔芋精粉无明显亚急性毒性和遗传毒性;复方魔芋精粉具有减肥功能。 Objective:To study the sub-acute toxicity,genetic toxicity and weight control function of the Compound Konjaku Flour.Methods: The doses of 2.0 g,4.0 g and 8.0 g/kg body weight of the compound Konjaku Flour were given in the sub-acute toxicity test.Using Ames,mouse sperm abnormality test and mouse micronucleus test to study the inherent toxicity.The doses of 0.40 g,0.80 g,1.2 g/kg were given in weight control function test.Results: The result shows that there is no sub-acute toxicity evidently in the index of each dose group,so as the inherent toxicity.Compared with model group,the body weight and the body fat mass in medium and high dose group rats reduced significantly.Conclusion: Under the experimental conditions,Compound Konjaku Flour has no significant sub-acute toxicity and genetic toxicity but has a function of weight control.
