摘要
目的:研究并建立一种鲜活海产品中铅的快速试纸检测方法。方法:鲜活海产样品经微波消解处理,在pH0.65及0.176 mol/L的碘化钾和0.0044 mol/L抗坏血酸存在的情况下,可利用孔雀石绿试纸直接进行铅检测。结果:孔雀石绿试纸对鲜活海产品铅检测的估计添加回收率为80%~120%,最低检出浓度为0.5μg/ml。实验结果表明,孔雀石绿试纸在制备后至少5月~6月内性质稳定,而且,显色反应的日间重复性良好。结论:本方法简易、快速、灵敏、可用于鲜活海产品中重金属铅的快速检测。
Objective:To study and establish a new approach for rapid-detection of lead in fresh and lively seafood by test paper.Methods: Under the condition of a pH of 0.65 and the existence of 0.176 mol/L of potassium iodide and 0.0044 mol/L of ascorbic acid,lead in seafood samples could be directly detected by the test paper malachite green,after a microwave digestion process.Results: The estimated spiked recovery for lead detection in fresh and lively seafood by test paper malachite green was within 80%~120%,and the minimum detect concentration was 0.5 μg/ml.Test paper malachite green was proved to be stable in at lest 5~6 months after preparation,and excellent inter-day reproducibility results were obtained for coloration reaction.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and suitable for rapid detection of lead in fresh and lively seafood.
