ICP-AES法测定废水中总有机碳含量的研究

Simultaneous determination of total organic carbon in sastewater by ICP-AES

目的:建立废水中总有机碳的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析方法。方法:废水水样中加入盐酸、加热煮沸驱二氧化碳,以去除无机碳干扰,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定水中有机碳含量。结果:测定有机碳的检出限为0.6 mg/L(以C计),测定有机碳时RSD在0.28%～1.17%之间,回收率在81.5%～105.9%之间。测定总有机碳标准物质,结果与证书值一致。结论:建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏,可靠性强,可用于废水中总有机碳测定。

Objective：A method for determination of total organic carbon in wastewater by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry（ICP-AES） was developed.Methods： In order to remove CO2 from wastewater samples,HCl was added and samples were heated to boiling point of water.Results： The detection limits were 0.6 mg/L for total organic carbon.The precisions（RSD）are 0.28%～1.17%.The recoveries are 81.5%～105.9% for total organic carbon.Determination of total organic carbon standard material,results consistent with the certificate value. Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid,with high sensitivity and high accuracy,which can be used for the determination of total organic carbon in wastewater.
