摘要
目的:建立废水中总有机碳的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析方法。方法:废水水样中加入盐酸、加热煮沸驱二氧化碳,以去除无机碳干扰,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定水中有机碳含量。结果:测定有机碳的检出限为0.6 mg/L(以C计),测定有机碳时RSD在0.28%~1.17%之间,回收率在81.5%~105.9%之间。测定总有机碳标准物质,结果与证书值一致。结论:建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏,可靠性强,可用于废水中总有机碳测定。
Objective:A method for determination of total organic carbon in wastewater by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was developed.Methods: In order to remove CO2 from wastewater samples,HCl was added and samples were heated to boiling point of water.Results: The detection limits were 0.6 mg/L for total organic carbon.The precisions(RSD)are 0.28%~1.17%.The recoveries are 81.5%~105.9% for total organic carbon.Determination of total organic carbon standard material,results consistent with the certificate value. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,with high sensitivity and high accuracy,which can be used for the determination of total organic carbon in wastewater.
