摘要
目的:报道了酸、表面活性剂/有机溶剂以及超声对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜和铅的增敏作用。方法:在试液中加入一定浓度的酸、表面活性剂/有机溶剂以及进行超声处理,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定梯度浓度铜和铅的吸光度值比较灵敏度变化,并对增敏的原因作了初步探讨。结果:火焰原子吸收法测定2.0 g/ml~10.0 g/ml的铜,灵敏度最大可提高5.04倍(试液含0.1%SDS,经10 min超声作用后测定)。火焰原子吸收法测定10.0 g/ml~30 g/ml的铅,灵敏度最大可提高5倍(试液含0.1%SDS和3%正丁醇,经10 min超声作用后测定)。结论:在试液中加入一定浓度的酸、表面活性剂/有机溶剂可提高火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜和铅的灵敏度,超声作用后灵敏度进一步提高。
Objective:It was reported that the enhancement effect of acid,surfactant/organic solvent and ultrasonic agitation for determining of Copper and Lead by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FAAS).Methods: Add acid,surfactant/organic solvent into the test solutions,then ultrasonic agitation,while observe the change of sensitivity.Besides,the mechanism of enhancement effect was preliminarily approached as well.Results: The sensitivity of determining 2.0~10 g/ml Cu by FAAS can be enhanced 5.04 times(test solution contained 0.1%SDS which was determined after ultrasonic agitation 10 min).The sensitivity of determining 10.0~30 g/ml Pb by FAAS can be enhanced 5 times(test solution contained 0.1%SDS,3%n-butanol which was determined after ultrasonic agitation 10 min).Conclution: The sensitivity of determining Cu and Pb by FAAS can be improved by adding acid,surfactant/organic solvent into the test solutions,and after ultrasonic agitation the sensitivity will be further improved.
