电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定天然矿泉水中15种金属元素 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定天然矿泉水中15种金属元素的方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)一次进样同时测定天然矿泉水中Al、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Sr、Ag、Cd、Sb、Ba、Pb、As、Cr、Se15种元素。结果:实验表明,本方法的线性范围宽,线性相关系数均>0.999,测定15种元素的相对标准偏差均<3%,各元素的加标回收率均在80%~120%之间,测定标准参考物质GBW08608,其6种元素测定值均在标准值范围内。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于天然矿泉水中15种金属元素的同时测定。 Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 15 elements in natural mineral water by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry.Methods: Fifteen elements of AL,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Sr,Ag,Cd,Sb,Ba,Pb,As,Cr,Se in natural mineral water could be determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry.Results: The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 over a wide range of concentrations.The recoveries for the spiked samples ranged from 80% to 120% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were less than 3%.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and it can be applied to the simultaneous determination of 15 elements in natural mineral water.
