摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法检测乳制品中三聚氰胺的新方法。方法:用乙腈-三氯乙酸溶液提取样品中的三聚氰胺,混合型阳离子交换柱进行净化。Agilent TC-C18Analytical色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-缓冲液(庚烷磺酸钠-柠檬酸),检测波长240 nm。结果:检出限为0.5 mg/kg。加标回收率为91%~105%。结论:方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠。
Objective:A rapid HPLC method was developed for the determination of melamine in milk product.Methods: Melamine in milk products was extracted by acetonitrile-trichloroacetic acid solution,and purified by mixed positiveion exchange column,followed by HPLC determination.Melamine was separated by Agilent TC-C18 Analytical reversed-phase column,using acetonitrile–cushion solution(1-pentan esulfonic acid sodium salt-citric acid monohydrate) as mobile phase with the flow rate at 1.0 ml/min,and detected at 240 nm.Results: The limit of detection was 2 mg/kg with the average recovery between 91% and 105%.Conclusion: The method was simple and rapid,the result was accurate.
